the mammalian chest glands, otherwise known as breasts are made of a material which is easily distorted.  Tight clothing can often change the shape of the breasts into weird, unnatural poses, often times rather uncomfortable.  This is most likely depicted within the picture given lela's facial expression.  Also note that Amy is sweaty.

In Bender's Big Score at the nudist beach we clearly see Amy grow a mysterious third arm.

Another BBS one is when Bender comes back with the Mona Lisa, the safe door is clearly intact.

However, upon returning just seconds later from Egypt, it is gone completely.
