I think that was an error, Sean is meant to appear in 717, "Fry and Leela's Big Fling". 716 is "T.: The Terrestrial".

Okay. New contemplations:
Boxing -> Needs mouth protector -> Some of them are really colorful -> Fry was shown with coloured teeth when an Omicronian Doctor examined him (after a KO maybe?)...yep, a boxing subplot/scene could go along with the preview material we have been shown.

Hmm, what could have caused Bender to go in  a boxing match with Fry, though? Bender looks pretty pissed in that image; it seems odd to me that he'd actually hurt Fry. I know he wouldn't hesitate to KO anyone else, but I thought his soft spot for his meatbag would be too big.
Could it be a staged fight perhaps?

Possibly both obvious points, but just in case:

1) That boxing picture looks like it's in a frame, so probably a past event that may not otherwise actually appear in the episode. It may just be referenced briefly as a gag.

This last season we're going to play heavily on the Fry–Lela relationship—which is always good material for a grand finale. The season begins with one episode fearing Fry and Lela going on their first romantic vacation together, which, of course, goes wrong in classic Futurama fashion. Unbeknownst to them, their secluded, romantic bungalow is actually an alien zoo.

We were just printing out little Benders and all kinds of amazing things. That was the inspiration to have an episode that was based on 3D printing—probably the first show ever to embrace 3D-printing technology. In the show, Bender meets his hero, a famous folksinger who was in jail for the 30th time, and Bender wants to duplicate his success. Of course, that means duplicating his guitar. Bender's efforts to steal it in a maximum-security prison fail, so he has to resort to 3D-printing technology to duplicate the guitar— again with horrible consequences.

We're always happy when real life provides us with ideas. But then there are a few examples that [have] more preposterous technologies coming up. We have an episode called "The Inhuman Torch," in which people have begun mining helium from the sun, thanks in part to the Professor's antiheat technology.

We also have technology to resuscitate dead robots. When Bender's favorite robot, Calculon, dies, Bender has to bring him back to life using a high-tech, intensely satanic-looking ceremony, which also involves playing an installation CD backwards, Led Zeppelin style. We're going to revisit that whole concept of the robot soul, which—I take pains to point out—is the disembodied software running on the computational cloud. We also have Dan Castellaneta, who is also the voice of Homer Simpson, back as the Robot Devil.

I am reminded of how DXC once said they had originally intended season six to pick up: once the PE ship flew through the wormhole, the crew was going to crash on some planet where everyone was put on display in a zoo-like setting and Fry and Leela would be forced to mate. If they are reusing that idea for this episode, I'm actually quite intrigued, because it always sounded like kind of a cool story.

So I'm guessing T: The Terrestrial is going to act like E.T. with Fry as the alien to the Omicronian world. Also it'll probably have Lrrr trying to raise Jrrr as the next ''Ruler of the planet Omicron Persei 8'', but Jrrr will try to refuse him because he likes humans like his poppler self and save Fry. Something along those lines is probably going to happen.

For Dwight, Cubert, and the Orphans not aging, that's simply just the writers keeping status quo. If the show wasn't cancelled by Fox and continued for a few years, then I could've seen the writers have them become teenagers and age the show for more plot lines, but if they just aged them immediately to late teenage boys at Season 5-6, it would've been a little confusing and annoying to people who liked their normal selves better.

Hopefully they don't address this continuity problem outside of maybe a few jokes. I'd rather they just left them stuck in a age time loop than make a full episode about them taking hormones or getting surgery just to make it work.

Interesting point. So far, Futurama has rather been reluctant when it comes to killing of regluar characters, unlike Simpsons (Maude Flanders, etc..).
As LRRR turned during the series into another "henpecked husband with a nagging wife" (and as there is no lack of that trope in comedy), NDND's departure will not result in a too big loss.
Though, I prefer if they went back to  the older constellation featuring LRRR and NDND . Rare, occasional reminders that even the most menacing monster shares some human behaviour (the nagging wife a home, served in SMALL doeses), but being an intimidating figure most of the time.
The "When Aliens Attack" LRRR, and not the "lrrreconcilable Ndndifferences" LRRR.

Yep, that was a Hein's speculation based on the boxing picture.

Mere speculation, of course. Though -having seen that kind of mouthguard IRL myself- it does in fact REALLY make one person look sick* (and quite a tad stupid, too ).  Also, I would prefer the "Aliens do not understand a harmless human thing and mistake it for a grave disease" instead of "Let's make up an illness colouring someone's teeth, that scares Aliens".

*(Not that sick that you'd refuse to hit that person, though ) )

Yeah, Lrrr has become a bit a joke recently. I sort of miss that ruthless Alien overlord Lrrr (not that I don't like the lazy, incompetent Lrrr in small amounts). Personally, I think "Spanish Fry" gave the perfect mix of the two.

At least we still have Morbo to play the scary alien.

Yep. Morbo had his (small share) of nagging wife whom annoyed him by demonstratively fixing the tie in public, and his moment of cowardice when he shouted "We are DOOOOMED" and was the first one to shit his pants and flee.
Yet, those were served in the appropriate small doses. Making those exception special and meaningful moments.
Yet, most of his time, he remained the evil monstrous Alien.
